About 51 Lower Simcoe Street — Infinity II Condos
Completed in 2008 as the second phase of the Conservatory Group’s development of four buildings in Toronto’s Core — which includes Infinity I Condos, Infinity III Condos, and Infinity IV Condos — the Infinity 2 Condos brings classic residential design to a dynamic location at 51 Lower Simcoe Street.
E.I. Richmond Architects designed this 16-storey condo. At street level, the Infinity 2 Condos’ concrete podium holds commercial space that gives residents of 51 Lower Simcoe great convenience. Above, the condo’s attractive array of balconies accent the many shining windows. Inside, the lobby, served by a 24-hour concierge, welcomes residents with luxurious marble. Altogether, the architecture’s purposeful sophistication promises the enduring elegance of these condos.
Perhaps most attractive to prospective residents are all the amenities found in the Infinity 2 Condos. Living here gives access to the Infinity Club. This means residents can enjoy a modern exercise room, an indoor swimming and whirl pool, billiards room, party room, cinema, conference centre and even guest’s suites — all these amenities means even a night can be exciting.
The Suites
This building contains 244 Toronto condos that range in size from approximately 525 to 920 square feet. One-bedroom to two-bedroom plus dens suites suit young professionals and couples seeking Toronto condos for sale in an exciting life in the City Centre.
These suites are designed with residents in mind. Stainless steel appliances, shipshape granite countertops and generous storage ease even the busiest lifestyle.
Open floor plans and expansive windows make all of 51 Lower Simcoe Street's suites feel quite comfortable. Furthermore, living space extends onto spacious balconies that also offer unparalleled views of the surrounding cityscape.
The Neighbourhood
Living at 51 Lower Simcoe Street means residents do not need to go far to enjoy many of the city’s major attractions. Even awesome exotic aquatic life has come to the neighbourhood, showcased in the Ripley’s Aquarium on Bremner Boulevard.
Alternatively, the City Centre contains some fantastic local flair. Just across Lower Simcoe, Roundhouse Park, housing the Toronto Railway Museum and the Steamwhistle Brewery, offers green space and a great place to taste some beer.
